The upgrade of the ATLAS hadronic tile-calorimeter (TileCal) Low-Voltage Power Supply (LVPS) falls under high-luminosity LHC project. This article serves to provide an overview development a burn-in test station for Phase-II LVPS component known as Brick. These Bricks are radiation hard transformer-coupled buck converters that function step-down bulk 200 V DC power 10 required by on-detector electronics. To ensure high reliability Bricks, once installed within TileCal, has been designed and built. Burn-in procedure subjects sub-optimal operating conditions accelerate their aging well stimulate failure mechanisms. results in elements Brick would fail prematurely TileCal failing or experience performance degradation can be detected followup testing effectively screening out ’weak’ sub-population. is fully custom design both its hardware software. will explored preliminary employed presented. commissioning presented along with summary outlook

We report on the study of the eeect of the Tile calorimeter thickness in the ATLAS Barrel calorimeter performance. The reduction of the Tile Calorimeter depth by 20 cm would have severe consequences on the hadron calorimeter performance and would increase the punchtrough probability in the muon chambers placed behind the calorimeter.
